After completing your purchase, you will receive access according to the access terms presented at the time of purchase.

You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

We may make reasonable modifications to the product, platform, presentation, organization, or delivery method over time.

6. PERSONAL-USE LICENSE

The Secure Connection System™, including its original text, videos, audio, assessments, exercises, frameworks, worksheets, graphics, designs, course materials, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to Clear Sea Publishing LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Product and program names, including The Secure Connection System™, One To One™, The 30-Day Secure Connection Roadmap™, and The Secure Connection Baseline™ & Progress System, may constitute trademarks or other proprietary branding of Clear Sea Publishing LLC.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership or commercial rights to our intellectual property.

8. USER-ENTERED INFORMATION

Certain portions of The Secure Connection System™ may allow you to enter information, complete assessments, record observations, journal, or track your progress.

You retain responsibility for the information you choose to enter.

Clear Sea Publishing LLC does not claim ownership of your personal journal entries, responses, or other personal information entered into the system.

Information entered into the product is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You should exercise reasonable discretion before entering highly sensitive information into any online system.

9. PAYMENTS

Payments for The Secure Connection System™ are processed through Stripe or another payment provider identified during checkout.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Prices and available offers may change from time to time. The price applicable to your purchase is the price presented to you at checkout.

  • Scrape, systematically extract, or reproduce protected course content

The Secure Connection System™ relies on third-party technology and services, including providers such as Thinkific, GoHighLevel (HighLevel), Stripe, and Google.

We do not control every aspect of these third-party services and cannot guarantee that they will operate without interruption or error.

Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

13. AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

We make reasonable efforts to maintain access to The Secure Connection System™, but continuous or uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party platform outages, security issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We may update, revise, improve, replace, or discontinue individual features or materials when reasonably necessary to maintain or improve the product.

14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Secure Connection System™ and associated materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clear Sea Publishing LLC’s total liability arising from your purchase or use of the product will not exceed the amount you paid to Clear Sea Publishing LLC for the product giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Your use of The Secure Connection System™ is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information may be collected, processed, stored, and used in connection with our websites and products.

17. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
